Color photograph of fourteen persons comprising the Friends of the Library board of dicectors taken on 28 Oct. 1994 during its first semi-annual meeting. The collection includes a list of names identifying each person. Included in the photograph are Sterling Albrecht, university librarian for Brigham Young University and Randy Olson, deputy university librarian also for Brigham Young University. The folder also includes a draft of a letter to be sent to each member of the board, prepared by Lee Gibbons of the Brigham Young University Development Office.

Sterling J. Albrecht earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1962 from the University of Utah. In 1971 he received a degree in Masters in Library Science from Brigham Young University.
